I am a closet poet. Most people who know me would be very surprised that I write poetry and even more surprised that I shared it with others. Am I a good poet? That's for you to decide. All I know is, I enjoy writing. I can escape in my words and be someone else for a moment or two. Most poems are first composed in my head when I am at peace, all alone in the car, the shower, out walking my dog or taking a hike alone. about Joe Flach
